How to get on the "Doing Business" network!
We can make your listing on "Lions by Trade" in a number of ways. We can post a business card, or we can make up a small advertisement (I'll get an example made and post it here), or we can simply do a text entry. The advertisements will be limited to 1 1/2 inches high and 5 inches long, and will be posted as "jpg" documents (I can convert what you send me). I can accept your input as any MicroSoft Office product (Word, Power Point, Excel, Publisher), as a "jpg" or "pdf" file, or a number of other graphics files if you're so inclined (contact me if you've got something exotic). You can scan a business card and send it to me as a "jpg" or "pdf", or you can simply mail it to me or put it in my hand at one of the many Lions event's I go to. You can send your input as an attachment to an email to me at solsherfey@msn.com, or via the webmaster link below. My cell phone number is 535-4776, please call me with any questions.
There will be a charge of $10 for listing your business, regardless of the format it takes. These charges will be the principal means of funding the website in the future. The charge will remain the same whether you list now or next April - so do it early! In May of the Lions year I will begin accepting new ads or re-postings of existing ads for the next Lions year. Checks should be made payable to Lions District 24D and mailed to me at:

Recommendations are FREE!
If you want to make a recommendation, you must send me the following information:
Name of business being recommended
What type of business is it (doctor? lawn service? photographer? general contractor?)
Contact information for the business (minimum of a name and phone number - email and web addresses a big plus)
Your name and what club you are with
One or two sentences describing why you are recommending this business.
Contact information for you (phone number, or email address, or mailing address) would be a nice thing to provide, but I am not going to require this because of privacy concerns held by some. If you are comfortable with it, give me a contact method, but you are not obligated to. If somebody really has a burning need to speak to you, they can work through the club secretary!
